2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos of the issue along with your order number.

  • ATG will review the situation and, if approved, replace the item at no extra cost.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right:

  • ATG will send the correct item as quickly as possible.

4. Digital Products

  • Digital downloads, music tracks, and streaming content cannot be refunded or exchanged once delivered.
